Come prepared to wait. It's the BMV. It's always busy! My experience there was good.The staff was friendly and very helpful. There were people walking up asking questions the whole time I was there, and they answered every one of them. I walked in, registered my name and the reason for my visit. Then I sat down and waited for my number to be called. Easy peasy.

Any day when they first open. You can check on online before you get there and the wait isn't long. Saturday is the longest wait.

My Ohio driver's license issued expires on May 16, 2022. It does not have the white star or the gold colored Ohio map on it. Will the TAS accept it as a valid ID when I fly after October 1, 2021though it has not expired.
