Delaware County Courts takes an apathetic approach to matters involving the best interest of the child. An 8 year journey with my step son, trying just to stay in his life, ended with a death sentence to our relationship. The magistrate advised that my husband and my stepson’s mother just “work it out” in response to a contempt filing in which mom was physically keeping son away with no merit. Now, our best hope is that one day our son will reach out wanting to know about his other half of his family. Unfortunately, his grandfather just passed away, and you guessed it… he doesn’t even know. The court system (especially this one) is an emotional journey that lines the wallets of everyone but those actually impacted. Avoid it with every fiber of your being.

Quick, friendly, Ignorant. Improperly directed me to correct a tiny revision on a title. Then called the nearby BMV I mentioned I would go to with the slight change because they are less picky. Also because the seller works there for the revision… We are talking about two missing letters. The other location declined my title because they had called and asked them to. It was PROPERLY fixed and even accompanied by additional proof of sale.

Back in 2019 I had a court case with a woman who's name is Gabriella Marie Donofrio and she had wrongly accused me of harassment. I ended up having to go to court for a civil protection order and I ended up having to ask for help for an attorney from the courts and they never helped me at all. And here I am suffering from PTSD because the courts never helped me with my case and they allowed a woman to wrongly accuse me of harassment. Don't have the courts here help you with anything.

You should be able to go to the Delaware County Probate court office. I'd call 1st they may have stipulations depending on how long you've been married.
Easiest way if you don't want to go in, go to their website. There's a tab for fines. Enter your info and you should be good
