Great customer service with a smile is what I've always received since it was Columbus Metro. Now that it's Telhio, I continue to receive the same. The branch manager, Pam, is very personal and eager to help you solve any issues. I greatly appreciate her high level of customer service. She has helped me research old bank statements and found them! Well after the transition from Metro to Telhio. Pam's energy has transferred over to her new staff and I received the same if not better customer service from Shannon and the other new tellers. Would I recommend Telhio to others? Well, I always do.

We do offer free notary services to our members and we should have a notary available any time during regular business hours. Please note that anything we notarize would need to be in English! We see all of our members as individuals, so our goal is to meet their individual financial needs now and in the future. For some that might just be a savings account, or an auto loan, or they might be looking for a checking account with a debit card, direct deposit and online bill pay. So there is no one answer to that question.
