Great food and great service for being so short staffed. If you're looking for a quick meal then this is not for you, but I highly recommend the Grand Manor if you have the time to sit down and enjoy a nice meal. Always look forward to the smiling faces when you walk through the door.

This place is horrible, all around trash. First night we arrived at the inn we had reservations. We were told this was a very fancy restaurant but when we arrived there was a family of four in t-shirts and flip flops.. I was so excited to eat here I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu, their 40$ prime rib. For an appetizer I ordered the queso. I should have known when we recieved a bowl of cheese sauce. I could have gotten better cheese from a 7-11 out of their nacho cheese machine. Their cheese was flavorless and cold, what the heck? Next came out the "prime rib" that I asked to be medium rare. Out came a cold chunk of meat, not prime rib by anyone's standards the was prepared as well done and very hard to eat let alone cut. A baked potato that was dry and covered again in previously mentioned cheese. When I asked for butter I was told they didn't have any. So for 40$ Dollars I left hungry. I never leave any steak and potato behind in my life but this time. This plate was completely unsalvagable. The vegetables were barely cooked so it was like eating fresh carrots out of the fridge and broccoli right off the head. I ate the vegetables cause they were by far the best tasting things on the plate. We still tipped the waitstaff like 30% because it was not their fault and she was attentive. Went back on jazz band night, this time we were completely ignored by all staff, even the bartender who recognized us, nodded at us but kept walking by. After sitting there for 45 min drink less as all the staff seemed to look around us and people that came in after us started receiving service we just left. We came back on new years night to try to spend some money again and after ordering our first round, the bartender came back to us after the fact and said that they needed to keep a card for our tab even though we were 2 out of 4 people in the entire place. Way to make your customers feel awkward, if this was discussed at the very first interaction it would not have been awkward but the way it was approached was not good. This coming from somone who has been in the industry for about 25 years. This place is bad. I will never come back here, I will never spend another dime here and I am writing to warn you about spending your money here. Go into town, go to Brickhouse they will take so much better care of you, don't stay here, drive another 30 min and stay in Grand Lake, this will save you money and frustration. -5 out 5 stars

Stayed at the Inn this week and it appears this restaurant has closed. None of the staff at the Inn could tell us what was going on or why it wasnt open all week.
