Horrible accommodations in the so-called lodges. Motel level of clean and not been updated since the '80s. Linens provided for the pullout sofa bed had holes. A member of our party had a broken box spring, and the staff would not switch it out. Just said there was nothing they could do, offered no assistance or recompense. Another time, we had an activity reserved, email confirmation of our reservation and everything, but when we got there they said they didn't have our reservation, and again, there was nothing they could do! No call to a supervisor or manager, just try to reserve again, and if we're full--tough luck!! Zero customer service. And the "buffet style" food was more like high school cafeteria food. Really disappointing, especially for what we were paying. Would not recommend to anyone.

So much to do, so many great views. This place is a hidden gem in the Rockies. Perfect for the whole family, especially if you wanted to do a reunion. Get an early start everyday to enjoy everything they have to offer. We will most definitely be returning, all staff interaction from the management down, were ready and willing to assist at any time to ensure our stay was as good as it was.

Wow. What an amazing place! We ice skated, went tubing, ate a delicious lunch, went swimming, roller skated and topped the day off with some delicious milk shakes!! The staff were all very helpful and nice. We can't wait to come back again and stay on property.

Excellent facilities. Very nice staff. Very affordable. Super good for Nordic skiing. Food is reasonable and good price. Very much like a fancy summer camp. Lots of families. If you don't want a wholesome, family oriented experience, then stay in town. Also, you get what you pay for. Whiners need to pay $420/night, and $100/day for meals.
