We always stay at the embassy suites and this one was probably the worst one we’ve stay at. Employees were great and nice but the hotel was very out dated, our room was not clean. The A/C did not work, it said it was on 65 but felt like 75. It was very humid in our room. When it rained the carpet in the room by the window got soaking wet. My son slept on the pull out bed and the bed was VERY uncomfortable, no padding what so ever. He said he just felt the springs in the bed. The staffed fixed the bed by bringing a pillow topper but that should not be necessary. The buffet breakfast was good but I wish the happy hour was at least til 8. We always missed the happy hour because we were at the baseball fields for my son’s tournament. At the end of our week long stay there was a huge group of people that came to stay and they took up every single seat in the lobby during breakfast time. Nobody else had a place to sit during breakfast, they were not even eating so I found that annoying that we had to sit without a table to eat our breakfast. Overall very disappointed in this embassy stay.

Overall, uncomfortable and not so clean or updated accommodations. Went down to check out pool against my better judgement. My toddler was fine because she does not realize a difference in standards yet. We only stayed ten minutes because I just couldn't do it much longer than that. My toddler did keep pointing out that "this hotel is stinky". We stayed in room but was uncomfortable and felt a little yucky. Just not my type of hotel. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1, is the people were nice in the little restaurant and the front desk. Walking in tricks you a little and you think it is going to be decent.

Customer service was great, for the most part, the hotel was not. It was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. You could hear every little thing through the walls and doors. Children were running all over the place with no one saying a word to them. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The complementary toiletries were cheap. The "balcony" that I was looking forward to sitting on to drink coffee and look at the lake in the morning was a 12 in ledge with a railing and a slide open window. The breakfast was mediocre, the cooks doing the made to order omelets were rude. The staff cleaning up the dinning area were very polite. The cleaning staff were attentive. The front desk staff were great. The parking was ok, but several large trucks and one SUV took two and three parking spots so it was difficult to find a place to park. I tend to stick with Hilton hotels because they are normally a cut above and I am rarely disappointed. This time, I was wondering if I had actually booked a Hilton property or a look a like. Come on, Hilton, you can do better than this.

Enjoyed stay. Nice room, great breakfast, first class hotel. Only complaint was my swim in the pool when disappointed to find no towels, not a one. I used the pool phone to call desk and let it ring and ring with no answer. Had to call my wife and have her get through to the desk and then wait a half hour for a towel. Inexcusable for $230 a night

Rose, our hotel is pet friendly. there is a limit to two pets per visit and there is a $75 non refundable deposit.
Yes we had my 4 Leggett grandchildren. They give you room near exit where doggie can go at
Some Happy Hours (most) don't come with any type of free food.
Altavius, if you are asking about incidental charges, we hold $50 for each day of your stay, unless you are not planning on having any incidental charges. Hope this answered your question
Clory, thanks for asking and no, we are not a resort and do not charge a resort fee!! Great question.

Get quarters from the front desk if you don't already have change to use their laundry room
If I remember correctly from 6:00 AM until 11:30 AM
Most Embassy Suites serve breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am, during the week. I believe they may start later & end later on weekends. Just call them. Haven't been to one yet with bad staff. Seriously. Hope this helps!
We've been able to check in early when there's rooms available and have not been charged a fee either
Yes, but not from the boardwalk
The price for a hotel and breakfast would usually come up more than you're going to pay Embassy. Their hot breakfast is fantastic . It's not like the usual Hotel breakfast.
