Had an appointment at 8 just for an oil Change didn’t end up leaving till 11 and there was a few people that got to Honda after me and they got there oil change and left before me. I’m not coming back at all this would be the first and last time because at that point what is the point of even making an appointment!

Do not bring your car here! I found out they didn't change my oil filter. I also paid $50 for the air and $50 for the cabin filter and they weren't even changed. They are way over priced and thier tech don't do thier job but charge you.

The service department here is in need of a serious overhaul. After 2 weeks of fighting to schedule an oil change I was told it would not be completed that day when I came in. This is a basic service that shouldn’t take more than an hour, yet every time I come to this location it’s an all day affair.

Very friendly staff and make your visit so pleasant. I’ve taken my card there for years and have been treated good. My reason for 3 star review is that there is no point of having receptionist available if they cannot make appointments for customers. You have to speak with service and they hardly ever answer. How are you suppose to schedule an appointment? There online appointment scheduler is not accurate and after 10-11 minutes the call hangs up. You have to call again and the same thing happens. I’ve been there and it’s not like 30 customers are there that nobody could answer the phone. This is ridiculous and if you manage to leave a voicemail they don’t call back.
