If I could give. One star I would. Tried to up sale and I just wanted what I was offered at any other att store and advertised online. So I needed up leaving and going else where to get 3 new upgrades. Awful service.

1 The worst experience in over 20 years as an att customer. Changed the number on both phones so when I got back home neither phone worked over an hour drive both ways. Dove back and got the correct numbers with new SIM cards. When I got home new phone had no updates and only 10% charge. Never again will I go there!!!!
