First time in Girard, Illinois. Amazing hospitality at this delicious diner! The ribeye and eggs with hash browns was fantastic. If I lived in Girard or the surrounding area I’d be here at least once a week!

Very friendly and small diner atmosphere, but food was a bit generic. I love good American diner food, but the country/chicken fried steak is similar to the ones I purchase for a quick dinner at home - frozen and prepackaged. Husband had ham and beans and said they were wonderful, as well as the cornbread. Cute hometown diner worth a stop.
