(UPDATED REVIEW JUNE 2022) Posted by the Sanitary Code of Bay County they have deemed the property uninhabitable due to the potable water supply and sewage disposal system on April 26th, 2022. Notices were placed on various trees throughout the park, this definitely needed to happen and I hope it gets turned around. Place use to be really nice when we stayed back in 2008-2010, and has just gone downhill ever since. Pictures say it all. Bob Patel, invest back into your property, and make this place nice again like it use to be!

They need to mow the lawn wow it looks pretty rough in back fence sections down and looks like it could fall apart any minute. Not a bad location but it definitely has been neglected.

I was told years ago it was nice but the owner doesn't have poor management and doesn't care about the property and both motels pools are broken and no water and wifi in the campground like they say its trash place cant walk around the pond area its got stickers and weeds overgrowth

The people were pleasant. The shower rooms are in the hotel as well as the pool. Not a place for family fun. No sandy beach. The sites were small and ours was very uneven except for where we parked the camper. Ok if you are traveling thru but not to camp for a weekend.

No but there is a hotel in the same place. Ill be honest, not all it's cracked up to be. Pool is ice cold, hot tub even colder. Showers are nasty and barely work

Go to their website for pricing. They don't have work campers. It's not the cheapest, maybe consider the campground at the fair grounds.
