Literally the worst dentist and dental care in the area. Do NOT go here if you have any serious issue as they do not listen or help. Have not been able to chew on my right side since March because they messed up my fillings so badly. I am so appalled with them! I’ve been back many times to get it fixed and now cannot chew on either side because i’ve been so reliant on my left side for chewing that my filling has just eroded. Awful service

This place sends you a confirmation email and if you miss it they CANCEL your appointment and force you to reschedule. (Edit: when I got home I check my email and phone. The only email was a welcoming email with no confirmation option. The only phone message said I had to reschedule because they were closing early. That is not what I was told at the office when I got there) I have never been to a dentist that did this before. Now I have to wait a week longer to come back. I had this week off work. Thankfully I only live 20 minutes away. Ruined my first impression of this place.

Couldn't of had a better experience I'm not a fan of dentist I'm always so anxious. They made me feel completely comfortable and I came in on the wrong day with a terrible tooth ache and a tooth that needed to be pulled, they fit me in and it was a painless experience the dentistcwas quick showed compassion. I'm a patient for life!!

I have spent a lot of money, 4 grand cash up front, at this Midland office for just an upper denture. I have had nothing but trouble at this dentist office. My appointment for my extractions was for 10am, I waited in the lobby until 1:00pm, then after waiting for three hours I finally told them I had to leave. I couldn’t expect my driver to wait another three hours for my actual extractions, after already waiting three hours in her car. So, I had to reschedule my appointment, find a driver again, and drive back there, a third time at this point…..(my consultation/X-rays, my extraction appointment, then having to reschedule it) Once I received my temporary top denture, I have had teeth fall out of it three times. I’ve had two broken teeth fixed already, and just now, while eating a granola bar, another freaking tooth just broke, again! Now I have to call again tomorrow, drive thirty minutes to their office, for them to fix another broken tooth. I have spent another 150 extra dollars just in gas going to and from their office! They haven’t even had the decency to reimburse me anything, or offer me anything, for all the troubles I’ve had. Not even an apology! Their advertising is false. They show prices for dentures, which look very reasonable, but you need to tack on another grand, at least, to their prices they advertise. Also, the only way you can actually “walk out of the office the same day” with dentures, as they claim, is if you buy the most expensive “comfylite” denture set. Also, every time I have gone there I’ve had a trainee hygienist. Literally, every time. One lady didn’t know which X-ray thing to put in my mouth, and had to ask another employee for help. The last lady didn’t know how to make a follow-up appointment for me in the computer. I’m assuming they have a high turnover rate for their employees. That’s not a very good sign. I went there for the fitting for my permanent denture plate. The trainee hygienist wanted me to sign a form agreeing to the way the denture fit. But, the denture didn’t fit me correctly so I didn’t want to sign the form. Then she told me not to worry about it, because it was just an appointment to see if I agree with the color of the teeth, not the comfort of them. But it turns out, the appointment was for the comfort of the denture, not just the color. So, she couldn’t even give me the correct information about my appointment, but wanted me to sign a form. I haven’t even gotten my permanent top denture yet! I can’t imagine how much trouble I’m going to have with that very expensive piece of dentistry, while having it for the rest of my life.
