I called very nicely to change my address for my sugar cane checks. The lady I had to talk to was very rude to me. I had called twice, and mind you I was very nice to this lady, she said yea yea you already called. Told me I didn’t have any checks which I know I do cause my brother got his and then hung up on me. Saint Martinville Sugar Cane was sweet, professional and they answered all my questions. Welcome to the new costumer service of America called Rachet!
