Countryside Park

Nice little park. There are a few ponds. They host a fishing tournament once a year. It has a log cabin and frontier style old wagon. They host different nature classes during the summer. For me personally, what I enjoyed the most was a huge blue heron landed in the pond just 20 feet away. It eyed me a lot but was pretty brave in staying.

Visited for the Woodland Lights experience during the holidays. Nicely done. Horse carriage rides and little train rides also were part of the experience.

Beautiful and peaceful park. Nice place to take a walk on the trails or take the kids to the playground. They have a nice area for kids to make music.
