This business only exists because of an infrastructure monopoly. Quality of service, customer service, and reliability are of the worst of any business I've ever dealt with in America. If there is any other internet option available to you, even if the cost is high, you will be much better off using it instead of Cox.

This a review for the store and Cox's local service. If u get it you better be ready for constant drops in service during peak hours your actually home. Wifi is hit and miss and if any of their hardware fails be ready because they wont just send u a new one, you have to use ur own gas to go replace it and wait in line forever. Customer service is horrible and the only reason anyone really has cox is because they have a complete monopoly on fast speed internet in areas like mine

Easy in and out. Had to drop off an old modem. Plenty parking as well.

You may have to return it to Cox.

The Very Best Way. I Belive. Ok. SMH.
When you apply direct through Cox's website, you should get an email acknowledging they received your app and resume. Cox rarely uses outside agencies for hire. Double check your resume and profile at Cox has correct email address and your call back phone number. Resend your RESUME again from www.Cox.net/Careers
I am not a cox employee, but I've heard that bc of all the new subdivisions in Baton Rouge, that those take priority so they have to extend service to those areas and then analyze those systems to make sure everything is working correctly. They are in the process of upgrading the systems throughout the city but it's probably going to be a while. Anyone having issues should contact the company and make sure first that the problem is not due to a signal issue coming to the equipment. Tier 2 tech support can see on their end if the signal is within specifications. This is the most common reason for poor service and can always be fixed- provided you are lucky enough to get an experienced technician for your service call. I would recommend calling in and asking for them to verify if your signal levels are in spec
No, not unless you subscribe to those channels with a tv service provider
