The atmosphere of the Studio was warm and comfy. What started out as a pleasant encounter, soon ended with a customer who was made to feel as if it was wrong for me to request the service and results that I paid for..🙃😔 The stylist took personal calls while servicing me, even told me that I was making him sweat and putting him through...to the point he said he needed to go and check on another client, (yes, he was double booked). I was baffled, because he became defensive when I was telling him how I wanted "my" hair styled. Furthermore, if you have been in business for any period of time then you know to accommodate the client and make it about "them" and ensure they leave satisfied, especially if it was there first visit. Moral of the story -- I want what I pay for, Period!!!
