This was my second stay at this Hampton Inn. Generally, the staff members are friendly, the breakfast acceptable/typical, and the room clean and comfortable. However, on this visit, my wife checked in to the hotel prior to my flight landing and after getting unpacked, she found that the bathroom sink was not draining. She went downstairs to the front desk a little after 5 pm to ask the staff for someone to fix the issue, and their reply was essentially, "The maintenance guy has left for the day." No other help. No other suggestions. No offer to move to another room. Nothing but a blank stare. So my wife, being reasonably handy and a go-getter, asked for a plunger and gloves to fix it herself. The staff person left to find the items and returned a few minutes later with a plunger. My wife then replied, "...And gloves too, please?" as a gentle reminder. The staff person left again and returned soon with some rubber gloves. My wife then returned to our room, pulled out the sink stopper, and proceeded to clean out a seriously disgusting clog of black hair, stinky goop, and who knows what, as seen in the photos. We wonder how long it had been since the plumbing system had received maintenance. Yikes! I spoke to the manager, Eric, about this situation, and he was very apologetic but didn't offer to do anything else for us. His reply, which kind of frustrated me, was, "Well, your rate is already low at $199 per night so I cannot do anything else about it." So, we got to stay for three nights for nearly $700 and got to do our own plumbing maintenance/repairs. I think Hampton Inn can do better.

This Hampton Inn was clean and had charging for a Tesla. Unfortunately even though we were staying the night they still charged for the Tesla charging. Other than that everything else was pretty typical for Hampton Inn. Clean rooms, lots of towels and free breakfast.

Josh at the front desk was very polite and kind to speak with. The rooms are great, clean and cared for. The free breakfast will start the day off right.

Where to start with this place? Just phenomenal staff, so friendly and helpful. We had to stay an extra day due to the weather and everyone couldn't have been more accommodating. The rooms are so clean and my kids couldn't get enough of the indoor pool. When it comes to included hotel breakfast I'm not hard to please, but they really go all out!. We stayed for 5 nights and they change the menu up every morning, I started each day of vacation with plenty of energy. Highly recommend this hotel, hope to stay there again!
