Held my shipment got a month and then trues to say they attempted delivery 4 times which was a absolute lie. We have cameras. They were not there when they claimed to be. Then I get a call on day saying I have 24 hours to pick it up or they are going to send back to the shipper. Absolutely zero help from the "terminal manager" even when I said I have proof that you did not attempt delivery when yall claimed to.

Had an order that was shipped to me that was supposed to be two boxes, only one box and driver took off after handing paper to my brother, didnt ask for signature to verify package. When contacting customer service they acted as though they do not care, said they emailed the facility to look for the box(not call the facility or driver to check real quick) and told me that it would take a few business days. The paper even tells them to double check that all packages are there and to get signature, they did neither. Now it will take no less than 3 days to possibly hear something and then I have to find time to get the second box eventually delivered otherwise I am stuck with part of a product that is unusable without the other part. It is a Friday so they may just be in a hurry to get off early(assuming). May edit if they respond quickly that they have my freight. Update: they did finally find the rest of my order and did petmit me to come pick it up, so I did upgrade from 1 star to 2, but the auto email response after told to email seemed condescending telling me know to email them and talk to customer service. The apology also came across as just say it not mean it.
