Not sure. I have 2 of the service peoples # and text them with no delay. If you are calling the service dept ,that may be why. They have 6 agents at least at any time and always with a customer. They may need call takers specifically...but i am never un happy there. Get ride to and from as well by thier courier drivers. Great place
