I brought my friend's bike in today. It was on short notice, and it needed the rear wheel trued. Jeremy took the time to not only true the wheel, but he addressed another issue I wasn't aware of ,a loose wheel hub, and he fixed my brakes. My wheel is straight and my brake is working like it should. I was going to buy a new brake set. Thank you for the service!

I wish I lived on Long Island just so I could go to Brickwell Multisport every weekend. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to help me. Russell was kind, knowledgeable, skilled and speedy getting the exact part I needed for my upcoming race, installing it, and looking over everything so I wouldn't have to worry about anything but riding hard. What a great shop. You guys in Farmingdale and surrounding are lucky to have this gem. Oh, and the prices are way too reasonable...Russell you should charge more for your great work!

very disappointing, been here many times to get small jobs done on my daughter's bike, always friendly and helpful; in mid June I brought in my long stored bike for a tune up and refurbishment - at intake I was told $100 and two weeks ... two weeks go by, no word, 3 weeks go by, no word, I called in the 4th week, voicemail, left a message, no return call, I called a second time 6 hours later, guy who answered the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on me; then left me a voicemail saying it would cost $250 and they were "waiting to hear back" from me ... details listed new tires, new brakes, new chain - I picked up the bike as I dropped it off: chain works fine, tires might need a patch or replacement, brakes work fine ... the disrespectful behavior and casual attempt to rip off a long time customer is unacceptable
