Everyone is right! That older dark short haired lady at the drive through is rude. She was rude to my daughter and I. She told us that my daughters prescription was out and they wouldn’t have it till Monday and it was rude the way she talked to us. This was a Friday. I called the next day and pretended to be my daughter. The lady said no that they don’t have it until Monday. So I decided to call again and a different person answered the phone and I told them I was her mother looking for her medication since my daughter was at work. This person said yes that they have it. I caught that Lady in a lie. I called back and told them to forget my order. I am going somewhere else. I will never do pharmacy business with them again. The store part is fine. Pharmacy no. They need a new staff of people there. Everyone is right. There is a lot of rude people there. Perhaps that store doesn’t pay their people much? They get what they pay for. Rude, Lazy , nasty , help. Save yourself from frustration, go somewhere else

Was in making a purchase for a door dash customer around 130 pm on 3/17. The old lady at the counter was rude. The machine said processing and she told me it wasn't. So I said okay but the machine says... and she cut me off and said no it's not processing. I tried to tell her that the machine said it's processing. Then got cut off again. The attitude on top of her not knowing her job was not even all. The customer in front of me approached her counter and she continued to read her magazine. After him, I was clearly in line for 5 minutes, she walked away and asked her manager a question and started stocking. She was also rude to him. Made a comment to him to go boss someone else around. Why this store has so many low ratings is obvious. GET NEW STAFF!

Terrible terrible service. Workers don’t have a clue about customer service or any knowledge whatsoever on HSA cards. Employees will delete your expresspay card without consent, just because it ran out of money for a the year. Save time and stress and go to cvs or any other pharmacy. 0/10
