I really enjoyed the first 8 months I lived here. The apartment was spacious for a one bedroom. Maintenance is very responsive when you need them. However, I am forced to spy $25 per month for “amenities”. The pool and playground were closed the entire first year I lived here. They still haven’t started construction on the pool, so I’m sure it will be closed next year as well. But they still take the $25 a month from me. The sole purpose of moving here was so my two year olds had a playground and pool. They also raised my rent $300. Which I feel should be illegal, I’m a single mother and sleep in the living room of my one bedroom unit. The rent being raised put me in great financial stress. That extra $300 would usually go towards utilities and other expenses for my children. I resigned my lease because I couldn’t afford to move within 8 weeks time. Ever since I resigned my lease there has been constant construction in nearby units to make “luxury” units available. Every morning my car is blocked my pipes and tools. Construction workers take up tenant parking and I’ve had to walk 800 ft in the rain with my two year olds. They turn the water and gas off for 8 hours at a time from 9am to 5pm to allow “maintenance”. This happens three times per month. But they haven’t repaired the pool of course but that $25 keeps coming out of my account each month. They also have been doing pipe replacement which they didn’t notify the tenants about, and my children’s bedroom was literally vibrating. And they are unable to sleep. I would not recommend living here. They are more interested in taking your money. And not making sure their present tenants are happy with their living situation.

The hole from the disjointed safety rail was patched, safety rails were put up properly on the bathroom wall, and the wall was spackled and painted. It looks like new. Thanks maintenance crew. Toilet seat was installed. Now, I won't fall off, lol. Thanks, maintenance crew. 6/ 16/22 Now I can see what I'm taking out of the refrigerator. Thanks maintenance crew. 7/28/22 The doors under my kitchen sink were reattached in record time, lol. Thanks maintenance crew. 8/25/22 My toilet is not leaking anymore. Thanks maintenance crew.
