I love these bagels, but for the morning time this place is awful. I go in with 15 min of spare time before work which should be plenty to order a bagel. I went in today and stood for 5 min because one person was in line at the register and on their phone getting a code to pay. No one else jumped on a register. I just left without breakfast because by the time I order and they actually get the food out I would be late for work.The employees really need to work on their timeliness and pay attention to who is waiting.

The food is great, don’t get me wrong. But the staff is very unprofessional & rude, which is a shame ): I have to stand there & wait for 5-10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me, with no one in line.

Usually, Noah's NY Bagels is a favorite spot. I called to get some info today, no answer. I pushed option 2 to get the online ordering instructions. They were not complete. I called back to speak with customer service and got hung up on. Multiple times. Very sad.
