I work 5 minutes away and I always order through doordash for lunch my sandwich is always dry and hard you guys have to do better taking my business to jersey mikes Update I still eat from here and nothing has changed as of today 7/13/22

One if the worst experience I had with this specific location. I specifically told the lady I don’t want mushrooms in my sandwich (due to allergies). As the order was for takeout, when I reached home I found that my sandwich had 80%mushrooms with one small avocado and very few other toppings. I had to take out all the mushrooms and scrape off the sandwich to make it edible, before throwing out most of the remainder sandwich. It’s petty to call the location and ask for refund but I would never ever visit this location again as this had been my repeat experience. Lot of novice and customer-ignorant staff.

I love their sandwiches and the cookies are excellent! I have placed catering orders twice and they did a great job!!
