Unimpressed. Level of cleanliness was sketch. Toilet was visibly dirty, so I had to give it a thorough cleaning myself using disposable gloves, Lysol and disinfectant wipes. Yuck. Stains on entrances of doorways. My fitted sheet was put on inside out and I saw a long hair in my bed. There was also a hole in the ceiling over the sink. I also saw a roach in my room. Attention to detail eas sorely lacking and this was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I had higher hopes, but this wasn't it. Would not stay again.

Myself and two other co-workers booked three rooms at this property for a business trip. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property has nice curb appeal, however, the furnishings, especially in the breakfast area are in desperate need of updating. The furniture is very well worn. The cleanliness of the breakfast area wasn't very good. The tables were dirty at 3:00 PM and there was evidence of dirt on the carpets and under tables, etc. We had one of the worst breakfast's at a Hampton Inn, even worse than the covid bagged breakfast that were given out during the pandemic. My room was clean and I had all of the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. My co-workers room had a very smoky odor and he asked to be moved. Management needs to spend some money updating the common areas and step up their breakfast game.

Exhausted traveler. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Check-In pleasant, patient, and helpful. Room crisp and clean. Loved the fact that there were no drawers, but pullouts instead. USB ports appreciated. Carpet did not make me feel like I needed to keep my shoes on and my white socks did not get filthy from walking on it. Toiletries good quality. The note to just visit the front desk if personal items had been forgotten was a nice touch. Finally, the breakfast was great. More that I could have asked for. As I do frequent NWI, Hampton Inn & Suites will be a definite place to frequent.

Highly recommend! Very nice! Rooms much bigger than I expected. The ladies at the front desk the last two days have been so nice. My family and I are in for my Grandma's funeral and they have taken good care of us. I really appreciate it. Next time we are up this way we will definitely stay here again.
