While they tried to be helpful, there's mechanism in place under Penna. law to help with the problem I have.

There is a driving instructor named David. Older person, with an attitude that is unreal! So arrogant and rude. Tries to intimidate young drivers. I talked to Carol, site supervisor and she was AWESOME! Carol knows about David's horrible attitude and assured me that we would have another instructor our next time. Most everyone I spoke with knows David and how rude and arrogant he is. Penn Dot- WHY IS HE STILL EMPLOYED? Get rid of rude people like David and Selinsgrove DMV would be a 5 star place. Most everyone else is kind and considerate. David is the most rude and arrogant person I have met in a long time. So sad that people like David are allowed to "bully" people.
But please know, Carol, site supervisor, is amazing. Give her David's pay and fire him!

The man that was appointed to me to take my drivers exam was down right ignorant. Showed absolutely no hospitality and seemed absolutely miserable. He made me feel exceptionally uncomfortable the entire test. Due to this, I will no longer be attending the Selinsgrove DMV for any matter.

Computer system generating numbers is seriously unorganized. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours for a real ID and many have come and gone after me....
only thing I'm told is they don't know how the computer generates the numbers. What a waste of a day
My wife Mary has applied to transfer her Arizona drivers license to a Pennsylvania driver's license. Do we need her marriage license from her first marriage/ divorce 50 years ago, for a Pa license. Unable to locate first husband, possibly deceased.

No, but real ID is postponed until October of 2021. They are only doing the normal ID. $30.50 in the price now, credit, check, or money order. NO CASH.

Old ID check or money order for price of new ID. Proof of address x2 and second form of ID just in case. The new ID's are coming out soon, So if you can wait, you might want to because you'll have to get a new one anyway. Just saying. Have a nice day!

You would have to send them a check or money order for the appropriate amount and they would send you a yellow change of address card you have to carry with your license. Although you'll probably still have to call them to find out what the cost of the card is.

Go online to the pa dmv website and fill out the paperwork for your permit. It will also list what forms of UD you will need plus a check or money order for the amount shown.
