I'm sorry I don't know the rules, but a friend had his boat and trailer there over night for a few nights.
It's best to ask the people in charge for current and accurate information. I was a visitor.🐺
The business is up and running, as of late september 2018. They drain this part of the canal for the winter months, but I'm sure Kayaks will be for rent all of 2019. As soon as the canal fills up
But everyone can add pictures to the ice cream shop location, they do not need to add the pictured to a Marina that has nothing to do with that business. IT IS NOT EVEN THE SAME NAME
