I waited 4 months to get into an appointment. Convenient that all the new patient forms are online but that’s about it. After email confirmation, text confirmation, and even a phone call to move my appointment up 10min! They neglected to inform me that you can’t have anyone go back with you, including your children. I am a new patient, nothing is posted until you walk into the building. Apparently only if you have a child patient, you get this warning. Which in my honestly opinion, I do not care for the fact that you are not allowed to go back with them. Completely disappointed and a huge waste of my time. I am not going back, this place is just not for me or compassionate for families.

I'm new to the area and found Aspire Family dental through a web search of dentists in the area. The reviews were good, so I decided to give them a try. Donna, my hygienist, was very friendly as was everyone else I met there today. The exam and cleaning were very thorough; I felt like they did a great job.

My mother needs immediate dental attention due to a filling falling out and they refused to do anything unless she gets a full cleaning and x-rays but her last cleaning was with another dentist less than 6 months ago so insurance won't approve another cleaning until November. They are only in it for the money plain and simple, stay away
