Do not go to this practice. Avoid it. You see the Dr. once then a PA. The Dr. is not friendly and neither are the receptionists. They just decide to terminate you as a patient when they feel like. If you read the reviews you will see that many have had the same issue of being terminated from the practice or the way they have been treated. Look for someone who is willing to help you and not just brush you off like this place does. There are better Dr.'s out there that are willing to take you as a patient.

I just finished with my first appointment with PA Kiersten, and she was great! I thoroughly enjoyed her bubbly and understanding personality. She was extremely receptive to everything I had to say, and answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel at such ease about my thyroid disease, and highly recommend her as a physician

Took months to get the first apt and appreciated the PA. Drove there for the next apt and they said we were a month early. We do not believe the error was ours. Had to wait for an apt because we were to see Dr Franchetti. We ran into construction and were late. The office woman refused to let us see Dr. Franchetti because we were over 7 minutes late. Seems unfair when you wait 30 minutes to see them. Dr Franchetti might have been great, but we'll never know. We won't be back. Also, the parking lot is very tight and difficult to maneuver.
