Im July of 2019, we chose 429 as a place for us to retire. Leasing agents, Stephany and Alicia have made it a very pleasant place to be, so far. They are very responsive and caring! Working with their maintenance team has also been a positive experience. The building is exceptionally quiet and our neighbors are very friendly. It has been a great place to start a new chapter. An apartment building is only as good as the people who manage it. Thanks for everything you do Stephany and Alicia!

I've been living at 429 for two years and I absolutely love it. Christina, who manages the property, is incredible. She works hard, she's thorough and organized, she's responsive, and most importantly, she cares about the residents. The maintenance guys are amazing. They're friendly and are always available to help. They do a great job in the winter. They salt and prep the parking lot before it even snows. They are ahead of every storm. When the snow starts coming down, they have it shoveled and plowed before it hits the pavement. Also, they clear off every car in the parking lot. That's always a good surprise.
