Short staffed do not offer replacements when you don’t get along with someone

They are bad to work for . Only thing I can say is they treat their employees just as bad as their clients.

I wrote one review but can't find it. I was able to contract with Caregivers for care for my mom about 4 hours a day. The first caregiver was just awful. She could not perform the simplest task. She complained about her shoulders and just plain did not do what we asked her to do. She spend 30 minutes just figuring out how to clock in and out until my dad yelled at her and told her to do it on her own time. For $25/hour I don't blame him. We fired her and they sent a second caregiver. She was better but not reliable. She called in 3 days out of 6 with car troubles. The company does not offer replacement caregivers in these cases. We fired the company. With the exception of Dena at the call center, who was wonderful, we are entirely displeased with the services. I pity the folks who are desperately in need of the caregiver being there and then they just don't show up. That is not service. Sadly I would say look elsewhere for care. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of Dena. She's a gem.

I started in July 2019, I dont have anything bad to say and I like everyone a lot!! Dina is one of the best managers I have ever worked for, very kind and understanding. The rest of the ladies in the office are pretty great too! I feel very much at home and plan to continue with them as long as they will have me!!! Oh and my clients are pretty wonderful as well! Im close in my own way to each and all of them :).
