Just horrible arrived at er at 4 pm and still sitting in lobby headed for 1 am this place need a serious workover and this will be the second time first started at 4 pm released at 7 am afternoon a 9 hour wait in lobby

Brought a family member to ER, been waiting 4 hours and still haven’t even been brought back, asked if there was something that can be done or how much longer is the wait and no answer, it’s a joke it’s not about Patients anymore it’s about money making.

Appointment at 1pm for a 20minute procedure. It's been two hours and still "in prep" this is ridiculous wait time for a scheduled procedure on top of having to come here instead of big flats which is closer. So frustrated
