This place has went down! The service is Horrible! I had to wait 45 minutes for chicken and then the manager was rude. When she finally showed up with the food she didn't apologize or even speak. Just handed the food and walked off. WOW! The service has been going down for about a year now but the last order I placed was the last straw. On average, I spend $35 to $42 at Popeyes per visit. That's quite a bit of money for bad service. I'll take my money elsewhere! Time to find a new chicken spot!

I will not be returning tp this place the chicken was nasty it tasted like they didn't charge grease so. It made the chicken taste old the flour was old to fries wad cold it makes me think why did they bother to open and also every other Popeyes has the 5 pieces pf chicken for $6.99 why this one didn't have it just sad

They deserve ZERO STARS! Horrible service. The employees are ignorant and rude and they NEVER get your order right. Awful. They need customer service training! The girl at the drive thru window, Ariana, didn’t even acknowledge me when handing me my food. She just held her hand out the window not even checking to see if I had it in my hands or not. The food is cold and they never have what you’re looking for. Not even drinks! I asked for strawberry jelly and honey and she gave me Cajun sparkle seasoning and grape jelly. Don’t even waste your time or money here.

They have fell off tremendously. It not as good as it use to be. Don't enjoy it anymore. My favorite fried chicken is churches. It's always fresh, crispy but moist on inside, not over cooked like popeyes. Can't find a good one in south suburbs.
