Does not stand by their work or products. Replaced 4 tires and one of them was a major problem for a year. Brought back to the shop 3 times and it was never fixed. Same slow leak from the stem and they never replaced the faulty tire. Eventually they played the no warranty card on me after 10 months of the same issue. Asked that I buy 2 new tires despite the documented history of problems with the tire.

Needed new tires for my sons 2015 Ford Fusion and the Manager of the store Steve was fantastic and knowledgeable. He helped us pick the best tires for what we wanted to spend. I would highly recommend using the Hamburg Mavis and be sure to ask for Steve. Ken H

I went in without an appointment and was able to drop my car off. They were able to fix my tire in a few hours. The staff were quick, friendly and kept me updated on my tire throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with my service and will be a returning customer. Thank you Mavis staff!
