Another pathetic place that is only out to help certain people. I recommend people to help yourself as much because you will not receive any help unless you are a certain color.

Rude and unhelpful employees at the front desk they shut the window in me and my bm's face at 3:48pm when there hours are CLEARLY POSTED 8:30-4:30 and we have 2 KID'S 7nder 2yrs old that needed formula and we were in a pinch RIDICULOUS

State chooses at random!

I've been trying to get ahold of anyone in the office and noone ever answers. The machine that picks up now says you can't leave a voicemail either. Is noone in the office anymore?

Yes its a pain in the butt. There are people there but I suggest calling over and over eventually someone will pick up. Thats what I did. But make sure it is between 9 and 11 or 2 and 4. Hope this helps.

If I have been receiving temporary assistance for a year while waiting for my social security to come through can social services take any of it?

Yes, they're going to want to be paid back for your grant money. But if you don't get it, they're not going to take you to court for it. It just counts against the time you can get PA.

Not that I'm aware of. Everything has to be done by office last I knew. Because you need to bring proof of residency, etc...
