Yes, so long as you don't use the brush on the engine; just use the spray. If you do use the brush, you'll get oil and grease on the brush and it'll foul it for the next guy (and make a mess for us).

$4 is the minimum to turn on the wash bay for 5 minutes. Depending on the vehicle, how dirty it is and what you're looking to do, it may be a bit more.
