Ordered a #1. 10 piece wings (mild, with bone) fries and a can of soda. Got 10 burnt boneless pieces, in what had to be hot sauce, with almost flavorless blue cheese dressing, and no ketchup packets in the bag to go with their awful fries. And all that cost me over $17. I went right as they opened, and was the only customer ordering. How did my order come out wrong and so poorly prepared?

Absolute fire. There aren't very many good non-chain places to get takeout in the area, but this is certainly one of them.
