Yesterday was our first day with this agency. Unfortunately my mom was not feeling well with a stomach virus. The home health aid Delores and the the nurse Patty were both at our home to open our case with them. My mom was a mess. Delores who we had just met for 10 minutes before this episode began immediately sprung into action with care and concern. As well, Patty the nurse who was just there to do intake and assessment rolled up her sleeves and jumped right in to assist Delores in tending to my mom. The care, concern, diligence and teamwork that Delores and Patty displayed amazed me. If this is any indication of the standard of care that Community Care provides i'm sure my mom is in good hands. These two women were angels on earth for us yesterday, it really was truly amazing!
