Absolutely ridiculous, reserved a truck for a one way, then when I arrived to pick up my reservation they told me some excuse that the truck went down and they have nothing else available. When asking about a truck that we bring back they jacked up the price another $150 with no consideration. Drove almost 2 hrs to get here to be told to go scratch. Never using U-Haul again just appalled with the service. We live in a world full of technology a simple text or email letting us know the trucks unavailable instead of wasting 4+ hours of our day.

You would think, I need a trailer let me just go to u-Haul. That's what I did. I ordered it online, registered online. When I got there I was having a decent day, I mean I'm going to pick up trailer. I was met by Rodney W. Who w super knowledgeable about all their equipment. We were talking and he was very involved about the details of their location, it's direction and it's operations. Just an incredibly knowledgeable team member. On top of that he was just a laid back pleasant person to talk to and I left the place in a much better mood than I had gotten there. We hooked up the trailer, checked it for safety and away I went. Would absolutely recommend this place.
