Ordered a rental two weeks in advance. Expected a delay of some type or another. No delays. No problems. The agent, Malik, had "my" car all ready to go. His professionalism made the check-in process quick and easy (same for the return).

Only thing good about this enterprise in particular is the prices. Which are basically the same across the board for the company. Multiple messages ups with this spot. Better off trying a different location

Gerber set me up with a rental, it was the worst car ever, dirty windshield and smelled like cigarettes. I wasn't going anywhere, so I parked in my garage, so my neighbor would not ask questions. I blame it on the covid!

Employee was very nice and dropped off the car for me at a repair shop. We completed all of the paperwork and I was on my way. The car was very clean and gave me zero issues. Would use them again.
