I called this place on 8/18/22 at around 11:57am and a lady picked up and I asked for aluminum. She transferred me to another person and they didn't answer. So I called back and then she transferred me again and someone answered but the phone call disconnected (maybe it was an accident but it's no one's fault, things happen). Nevertheless, I called back a third time and the lady hung up the phone on me when I said I'm calling back about getting aluminum. So my point is they have poor customer service I will not do business with them and recommend anyone stay away.
