The woman who works there is a sweetheart and does the job of like 3 people. She is overworked and underpaid.I don't know her name but I do know she likes Hazelnut creamer in her coffee. She is an absolute pro that always gets the job done. She should be appreciated by this company. With that being said, there are a ton of people in there and 1 person working. The website is not letting me make a reservation, and the past 3 times I went in I had to walk out because of the amount of people waiting with 1 person doing the tests. Try calling the customer service number and it will frustrate you even more.
