Very reliable team of auto accident attorneys at Brandon Broderick, Attorney At Law. I called their office after my auto accident. Brandon himself explained everything to me. I knew he was a top attorney, but didn't realize how big of a firm he has. He has dozens of attorneys who will help with your claim, but Brandon will lead everything. I actually spoke with him on numerous occasions. He always made himself available for our phone calls and made sure everything was taken care of and carried out to a T. Like I said, highly reliable. They set goals in your claim and achieve them. Highly recommend.

I've heard that Brandon deals with everything injury related. It's true. When I was bitten by a dog in a grocery store parking lot, he was the first lawyer I called. He helped me get into a great specialist to minimize scarring I had, as well as treatment. His team was there for me anytime I had any questions. Great dog bite lawyer, great team to work with. Nothing but good vibes. Thank you for all your help Brandon!

Brandon is the only man in this world I would trust to help me with an Uber accident claim. Attempting to file a claim with that company is a nightmare. There's a lot of red tape and they will fight you, which is frustrating. Brandon took all that away when he took my case and was my Uber accident lawyer. I was hurt and I just wanted my medical bills paid for and Uber tried to reject my claim. When Brandon stepped in, their tune changed. Uber claims department began to come around because they knew Brandon wasn't going away with a settlement offer that was less than the max. I thought it was going to take a while to get a check, but they settled in a matter of weeks. From Brandon down to his assistant, they were all kind and did a wonderful job. Not one complaint from me, all praise. I recommend them for any legal help, especially involving Uber or Lyft accidents.

After I was involved in a collision in North End, I opted to get a lawyer. It was my first time even thinking about hiring legal help, but it was worth it. Brandon J. Broderick took over and handled everything. Without a lawyer, you run the risk of getting much lower than you could from your car accident claim. Brandon's team called me with any changes with my case. If I called, they took notes and passed them along ... They were well organized. I appreciate Brandon for giving my case everything. He reached a settlement, called me the good news, and we celebrated over dinner. He's the man for the job!

If you’ve been injured in a car accident, PIP insurance can cover lost wages and must be exhausted first. There are other options for loans, lawsuit funding and even bankruptcy. We can advise you of your options and negotiate with healthcare providers to ensure your treatment is not compromised.

If you’ve been injured in a car accident, the first option to pay medical bills -- and the first that must be used -- is PIP insurance. After that fund is exhausted or for other types of claims, most people utilize their own health insurance to pay medical bills until a settlement is reached. If that’s not a possibility or if the insurance policy maximum has been reached, it’s also possible to formally ‘promise’ a healthcare provider that the bills will be paid once the settlement is reached. We can advise you of your options and negotiate with healthcare providers to ensure your treatment is not compromised.

A release is a document that you sign in return for accepting the settlement funds. By signing the release, you are accepting the settlement and therefore releasing any other claims against the defendant and usually any other defendant related to the incident. In other words, once you settle you can never reopen the case or try to file a claim for additional compensation. If you are married, your spouse may be required to sign the release as well.

In New Jersey, you have rights to compensation or damages even if a car accident was partly your fault. Insurance companies look at several factors when determining fault and assign liability as a percentage. In New Jersey, if an accident was less than 50 percent your fault, you can still receive compensation for your damages. The amount or percentage of fault is determined on a case-by-case basis, and it all depends on the circumstances of the accident. In these types of complex cases, often involving more than two drivers or parties, consulting with an attorney can help you understand your options. We offer free consultations.

A pre-existing condition does not exclude you from recovering damages for a personal injury claim. The Eggshell Injury Doctrine is a law that many states, including New Jersey, have incorporated in order to protect individuals suffering from pre-existing conditions. This law essentially states that individuals with pre-existing injuries have the right to compensation for their injuries, even given the circumstances that their current injuries wouldn’t have been quite as bad if it weren’t for their pre-existing condition. It’s important to consult with an attorney as soon as possible after an accident or illness if you have a pre-existing condition. We offer free consultations.
