Completely disappointed! I get these people need to make money. But some simple advise is called courtesy! Especially when the closest repair shop is 2 hours drive! Which was explained!

If you have a problem with sewing of ANY KIND, this woman , Ann is AWESOME. She's not only knowledgeable in many and I would imagine ALL sewing machines, but shes just down right amazing. Loved meeting her and having her help me. An absolute delight!!!
