Is it necessary to be doing maintenance on the website every day of the year? Or is it so customers don't see how much energy they are using and cut down? This website is constantly down and has maybe a total of 9 days a years that it actually works and the rates are ridiculous considering they are using windmills and solar.

Absolutely impossible to speak to a person. I have an account, yet when I sign in, it tells me I need to make an account. It finds my account, but then cannot log me in due to not having a linked account and this is the very first time I've ever had Edison in my life. Also, Ive heard from every Californian that they purposely overcharge. My boyfriend had a $600 mo and a $500 mo and their AC was only set to 74 and ZERO lights, tv, or anything plugged in. I had my house inspected my first day of moving in by them, to make sure they were not pulling ghost energy. I'm going to try to call that tech number.

I truly say I love Edison company! They help you with everything you need. I come from other electric companies that did not care about arranging anything to help you in need. But Edison company they do! Some people don't know how fortunate to have Edison. My parents living off their social security income struggling. Would always be helped at Edison always helping them with many options and discounts for them to avoid any disconnections. They never want you to be out of electricity. Payment plans, payment discounts, care programs in financial help services. They don't know how fortunate it is to have Edison company. Once you don't have Edison you realize how much a great company you had after you end up with imperial irrigation company or other companies that don't care about their customers and they don't have any arrangements. Edison you are the best!!!! Thank you for helping your customers!

SCE has a CARE plan wherein if your income is less than a certain income level, you can have your bill reduced by quite a bit. It is often written about either on your bill - perhaps the back of the page, or in their flyers included in the mailing. You can call Customer Service and ask for the information also.
Where can I pay my bill
I don't honestly believe that they have one. A lady I spoke with on the phone said, "Everything here is done over the phone". Which, in my opinion, is ridiculous. But hey...what're ya gonna do?
Please contact Edison and someone who is qualified to answer your question will look at it in person. You can use the App on your phone or call the number on your billing statement. Please always use an abundance of caution when in doubt. Report problems to SCE at 1-800-611-1911.

Since we live in the desert - i.e. warm and or HOT most of the time, we leave our fans going to the left all the time. Since hot or warm air rises and cool or cold air sinks, this drives the hot air down to the floor, so it cools down. When your fans are set like this and you are directly under them, you feel the breeze coming down on you. I hope this helps.
I tried to go to the "office" on Cathedral Canyon Dr in Cathedral City, but it was like a fortress. There was no getting into the parking lot, much less the building.
Have Dr. Contact office,, if on oxygen genertor for COPD
Susan, you'd probably be wanting to run a search in Google for that program. Be careful for scammers websites. SCE website would be best source.
Call Southern California Edison and tell them you need new service and power lines installed.
This is the "yard" and office for the field workers, no payments are accepted here.
I don't work for Edison. Sub contractor on Edison sites. But I heard they're doing rolling blackouts in high wind areas. To help stop fire danger.

SCE has a CARE plan. You can qualify if you have an income of X number of dollars or lower in a year. (I don't want to say how much exactly as it may have changed since I was on this program.) Call Customer Service and ask for assistance in signing up for their CARE plan. If you qualify, your bill will be significantly less and much more affordable. It is possible there is written information on the back of your bill or in the flyers they often include in the mailings.
