The people working are rude and barely do their job. Your case worker will never answer their phone or call you back so then you have to go in person ....The people who are there to get benefits let their kids run around screaming while you are stuck there like a prisoner, bring headphones or earplugs.

My case manager , NEVER returns my calls or gets around to my case. I had to go into the office 3 times. Her supervisor doesn't return calls either. It took me 3 weeks to finally get an appt for emergency food stamps. Now waiting for my EBT card. She also made mistakes when I applied for Medi-Cal a few months back. The only reason I am giving this place 2 stars, is because the office is clean and nice , the people who work in the office are nice and my grandsons Case Manager was amazing. I wish I could have him for my case manager.

First time I have gone there. I didnt know anything about the place. Went to get my ebt card. The workers were mostly nice but they acted like I should know everything on my first visit there. I knew nothing. One has to listen and watch for their # very carefully to know when it is their time to be helped. Otherwise you lose your place in line. But again the workers were mostly nice and I did get the help I needed. The place was not Too busy because I went later in the day. I did receive my ebt card. So thank the Lord for that . Amen
