My 78-year-old aunt in Laguna Niguel loves Corner Bakery, so my sister and I brought our 85-year-old mother there for our family visit. It took me 20 minutes to place our simple order for four with the language challenged counter staff, and helping my mother and her walker maneuver through the so-narrow aisles to our table and the restroom was SO difficult and uncomfortable. My sandwich with very EASY aioli was dripping in it, and the Chicken Pomodori, despite its name, had one tiny thin slice of tomato. Even if I hadn't driven from Los Angeles it would have been a challenging experience.

Disclaimer: this review is based on my own experience. The review might be better or worse based on others’ experiences. I just tried the chicken noodle soup. It wasn’t good regarding the price and ingredients: very tiny bit of chicken. Scant noodles and some cut celery and carrot I assume. Mostly salty water in the bowl. I’d rather go to Panera bread. With the same price, I could get more realistic chicken noodle soup in a larger bowl with more pieces of chicken and noodles and a side of baguette.

enjoyed it cozy and has gluten free option but not strict about gluten. had a gluten free wrap and ordered salad but they weren't aware of the fact that the crouton like biscuits in the salad would be a red flag for a celiac or gluten sensitive person. Wish workers were educated enough to warn a person who specifically asked for a gluten free wrap about things like that in a salad.

Guests and team members’ safety is top priority at Corner Bakery. All employees are required to wear a mask and gloves throughout their shift. Social distancing is enforced through markers on the floors, and where dine-in is allowed, seating is appropriately distanced. Many cafes have patio seating and/or offer curbside pickup, and all offer takeout, delivery and catering.
Sorry.. can't help other than catch a flight to San Francisco... 😀
