Today (9/30) was my baby’s 1st time visiting and she looks amazing! I can usually tell when Luna is iffy about new places and me leaving her but she didn’t growl or fuss at Shara (groomer) and when I went to pick her up I was super satisfied! Shara explained how she was patient with Luna and gave her breaks during the nail cutting process & clipping around her face. I feel like Luna and Shara created a great connection and I will most definitely be a repeated loyal client. I will also recommend this place 100%. So far so good - the price is also right for the work done and considering how busy they were my girl was out within a reasonable time. Shara was very transparent and communicative throughout everything. I am very pleased. Thank you Pet Story for welcoming Luna and making her look fabulous. Can not wait until next time 💕
