Do not eat here. I ordered online for pick up. I started and a quickly ran into a problem - the rice tasted tangy. And nob sooner than after that realization, I took a bite into an ICE CUBE. With further examination I saw more ice cubes. What seemed to had happened was a drink fell into my bowl NO ONE REMADE MY FOOD. They picked off some of the ice cubes and sent it out!

There seems to be a different standard of professionalism when it comes to Chipotle Mexican Grill when they are on the southside. First, when this store first opened, they were on target and seemed to have the same quality as other Chipotles around Chicago. Courteous staff, little to no mistakes on orders, all around good service. Now, that has changed dramatically. What has changed? They often get orders wrong, they don't open on time, right now, as I type, they are currently closed because they are "making catering orders." So, its seems they will shut down the restaurant to make catering orders. This is not something I've heard of from other Chipotles, and I've been to dozens around the U.S., from Chicago to Los Angeles to Seattle. Never something I've experienced, and its exceptionally unprofessional. Now, the people who were waiting outside were upset, because many of them are there for lunch and don't have time to just wait around for 30 minutes to an hour. Its a major inconvenience and forces someone to change their plans on a whim. This store needs a major restructuring in management, I just wonder if Chipotle is noticing this.

If I could give them a 0 I would !!!! Online orders NEVER RIGHT! Which is the reason I got a free entree meal. You go in to order the food & the workers are RUDE AS H**. I was wonder Why my food was so much after I scanned my rewards I tell the lady at the register I scanned my free entrée reward she tells me it’s nothing she can do after I just asked her if it even scanned before I paid. This is a prime example why we can’t support our own people in our own neighborhood because they just simply don’t know how to treat our own people from the attitudes to the rudeness it’s sad.

I ordered a steak burrito bowl and the brown rice was like eating rocks. It was my first time visiting this location. The staff did not direct me to where I could get condiments. Therefore, I did not have a fork or napkins. Luckily we keep these items in the office. The steak was tough like chewing on shoes. I won't be back.

You should of just adk.for another bowel. The workers ate more than profesional and friendley. They are more than happy to refund your money or fix u another bowel but also apoligizecto you for the inconvenience. Trust me I know good service and they have it thete at CHIPOTLE on i7th DAN RYAN . AND NO I DO NOT WORK TJETE I AM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER. DONT LET 1 THING SPOIL THIS GREAT RESTAURANT STAYINGBIN CHICAGO ON THE OUTH SIDE. WE NEED MORE OF THEASE DELICIOUS RESTAURANT CLOSE IN THE INNER CITY INSTEAD OF HAVING TO TRAVEL TO THE SOUTH OR WESYERN SUBURBS. AND I LOVE TO EAT...
Must were mask. Only so few people in at a time. Line up outside. Pay by any card suggested. If by cash , they don't have enough change and will short change YOU.
