The UPS here in Reno is awful. I was suppose to have a package delivered yesterday didn’t show. Today package shows out for delivery again. Talked to a UPS rep here in Reno was no help whatsoever. This is not the first time UPS has not delivered a package to me it happened a few weeks ago. NOT HAPPY with your service. It needs to be fixed

Been waiting for a package to be delivered to my business that has moved. I talked to someone at The Vista location and was told the package would be re routed to my new location 4 doors down from where I used to be .It has been 4 days now and still no package. Very frustrating

No, the ups customer center is not a ups store...they only ship

Most likely, that is the only place drivers go to n from in this area... None of the smaller ups stores have drivers and the one on Vista is the only hub ... also the driver will take the package back to their original place of departure for redistribution, in this case the Vista location

What does the tracking say online? If you are asking do we deliver on Saturdays then the answer is yes, we do. Go to the UPS website or the shippers website and track the package, if it shows that it will be delivered tomorrow then it's coming tomorrow, otherwise you probably aren't gonna see it till next week as Monday and Tuesday are holidays.

Tbh they hire almost year-round, but yes go to the website and check it out. I recommend you mark all shifts available but specifically twilight, that is the busiest and is always looking for more help.
As I stated on your previous question this is not the correct platform to be asking this question, please contact UPS directly if you feel there is an issue with your service. What I can tell you is unless your item is a hazmat or being shipped from certain countries that are on federal watchlists, UPS does no such thing as a "security check". They would only perform said check if the federal government mandated it, otherwise it would be a waste of their time and money.
