Great service! I have had many amazing experiences here over the years, I am a Carson City resident. Today, my phone call with a staff member was the best! I called to say that my adult son, Jamie who has mental illness was sitting in front of their store smoking and drinking Starbucks coffee, and that he is a good person. He is 5’11” and wears a black hoodie on most days. He is kind and harmless. He grew up in Caraon. I told them that, and their response was, “Yes we know Jamie and he is fine here. He is no problem.” Some of you may see my son walking around town on a daily basis. Please do not think he is homeless, because he is not. Please do not give him money as he spends it on coffee and cigarettes. He already gets these things from me and his caregiver. Instead, stop and talk with him if you like.

I would give 0 if I could. I had ordered a table from one company. There was to be 3 boxes to be delivered together. The table top was the Master. When fedex showed up to delivery the driver was explicitly rude and only received the two smaller packages, the stools to the table. We call fedex they said oh its on another truck and is supposed to arrive by 8 pm. Okay fine and dandy. After about an hour we got an update on the last package low and behold its been delayed with no delivery date. We yet again call fedex but this time they explain that the last box the Master of the shipment was purposely left behind at the where house due to the size and would be delivered the next day. My issue is the lying, the lack of company policy and the disrespect 😤. If they would of just communicated across the different fedex locations we could of received the full shipment together, ie use a different truck for the larger shipment. The only reason they could give was because the last package was just to big.
